This collection set has objects relating to coffee in the collecton from design to agriculture, advertising, leisure and migration. They were selected to accompany a podcast on coffee, one in a series with Lee Tran Lam exploring Australia’s foodways: from First Nations food knowledge, to new interpretations of museum collection objects, scientific innovation, migration, and the diversity of Australian food.
