Made by Sangamo Weston Ltd in Enfield, Middlesex, 1946-1953.
Meter made of black painted metal, roughly rectangular in shape with scales and dials on the top. The back hinged door opens to reveal the glass light sensor. There is a small metal D at the top to thread a neck strap through.
