This toy submarine called 'Nautilus' is based on the 1954 Walt Disney film of Jules Verne's classic science fiction novel, '20,000 Leagues Under the Sea', published in 1869. The toy was made in Leeds, England, by Sutcliffe Pressings Ltd in the 1950s.

Toy submarine, tin plate, green with gold trim and decals. Based on Walt Disney's "20000 Leagues under the Sea" by Jules Verne. The submarine is in two parts, (85/2572-26/1) the body of the submarine and (85/2572-26/2) the tower. Submarine has clockwork motor.
