Scribbly Graphics baby outfit

Consisting of a koala-print t-shirt and matching bib and pants, this baby's outfit was designed by graphic artist, Adrienne Higgs, as part of her range of children's clothing, called 'Scribbly Graphics'. She established the company in 1978, designing printed paper items before turning to fabric printing in the early 1980s. In 1987, Higgs' husband, Norman, joined the business to manage production. Outfit, baby's, consisting of a bib, t-shirt and pants, screenprinted cotton, designed by Adrienne Higgs, made by Scribbly Graphics, Thirlmere, New South Wales, Australia, c. 2000

A baby's t-shirt in white cotton jersey with a screenprinted design of koala lifesavers on the chest. The neck opening is trimmed with a white stretch cotton. The t-shirt is a size 0, machine sewn and unlined.

A pair of baby's pants in blue cotton with a screenprinted design of red koalas. The leg openings are trimmed with a red stretch cotton. The pants are a size 2, machine sewn and unlined.

An oval-shaped baby's bib in blue cotton with a screen-printed design of koala lifesavers. The neck is trimmed with a white stretch cotton and the back is lined with white cotton terry towelling.
