Mens single right straight buckle shoe of rand construction with square domed toe and cuban heel. Upper consists of very high rounded tongue covered by pointed overlapping latchets fastened by an oval silver buckle with silver braid rose stitched to one side. Upper lined with white kid on the sides; white leather sock and insole is brown leather. Heel is red leather; white stitched at breast, seat and top piece and leather sole features a sueded waist.

Marks

The number '9' has been written on the sole of the shoe and there are two paper labels stuck to the sole of the shoe. Text in pencil on one label reads '1412 / Dress'. Pencil text on the other label reads 'Kingham / 187 Regent / St / London'.
