Brown velvet cocktail hat with sequins and braid applied around the sides of the crown in concentric wave pattern. The centre front has a metal motif imitating a feather which extends up and over the side toward the back and is secured down in the centre with a piece of cording. There is a synthetic brown interior lining and a hat elastic for support.
