Womens loose fitting jacket made of hand knitted, polychrome wool. The jacket has a hood and long, wide straight sleeves. The jacket features a collage of designs used in Flamingo Park knitwear including I Love, Jazz, My Shapes, De Patchy, Kau Abor, Leger, Passion Flower and Honeymooners. Centre front opening with no fastening and the jacket is hand sewn and unlined.

This jacket was designed by Jenny Kee in Australia.

This design reflects Jenny's use of collage technique and eclectic sources of influence, from early twentieth centuary artists such as Leger, to Aboriginal and African art. Kee often works up small paintings and uses them in separate outfits or collages them together, as in this piece and the Kee Collage print.

The jacket was made by Jenny Kee in Australia.

Jenny used a number of home-based, hand knitters to knit garments. She would provide them with the design and wool swatches of each colour.
