Notes

Kevin L Myers, donor. The medal was awarded to the donor, who has been active in the surf life saving movment for the greater part of his life, some 45 years, in both an executive and operational role. He took a leading part in instituting light aeroplane and helicopter surf patrols and rescue services. Mr Myers was awarded the Medal of Order of Australia in 1990 for services to this field.
