Representatives of Ansell estimate that this style of packaging dates from the 1950s to the early 1960s. A long-time employee recalls that the packaging changed in 1965 (Information passed on by Allen Hall, Ansell).

History

Notes

The package was found by a Mr Phippard around 1991 amongst old stock in his pharmacy in Tenterfield, NSW. It was given to Mr Allan Hall at Ansell, who donated it to the Powerhouse.
