The model shows Vaughan's Chambers in King Steet, Sydney, occupied by John E. Browne, architect and surveyor (top floor); George W. Dunn, solicitor; the Trade Institute Office with William Bretnall Secretary; and Michael J. Fitzpatrick, land agent (on middle floor). Next door in Temple Court is the Presbyterian Newspaper Co.
