Objects from MAAS's extensive collection. The data is harvested from our collection management system on a regular basis. Please note that not all objects are available in the API.
Fields
parentIdFloat
Parent object ID, if it is a child object.
titleString
Short descriptive title of the object.
summaryString
Summary of the object.
descriptionString
Physical description of the object.
statementString
A brief summary statement about the object.
significanceStatementString
Summarises why an object is important and places it in a social and cultural context. An object may be significant for many reasons, such as historical use, rarity, aesthetic or impact on society.
recordTypeString
Indicates whether this is whole object, part record or archived item.
dimensionsObjectDimensions
marksString
Anything which has been written on or marked on the object. Marks don't include decorative motifs and are not the main subject of the work. Marks include labels, trademarks, monograms, inscriptions, dedications, dates, signatures, symbols, serial numbers and copyright.
acquisitionCreditLineString
subjectsArray
Places, people, institutions or events that are relevant to the object.
significanceCategoryArray
locationIdString
Code indicating the location of the object in the Museum. Only available for objects that are on display.
lastUpdatedString
Date the object record was last updated.
accessionedDateDate
Date the object was added to the Museum's object records.
administrativeHistoryString
Explains how an object record was put together and by whom.
multimediaObjectMultimedia
hasMediaBoolean
Flag indicating whether the object has multimedia attached to it.
isCompleteBoolean
Indicates whether the object record is complete according to the Museum's administrative criteria.
isLoanBoolean
Indicates if the object belongs to the MAAS collection or is a long-term loan.
_idFloat
Unique ID of the object.
refIdFloat
Internal reference id Unique ID of the object.

The globally unique ID among all types
displayTitleString
The object title. If it doesn't exist, it reverts to the statement
